Non Lucrative Visa

The Non-Lucrative Visa allows you to live in Spain and enjoy its exceptional quality of life without the need to work or engage in professional activity. While it does not include a work permit, you and your family can reside legally in Spain supported by passive income or savings from abroad. Importantly, this residency counts immediately toward long-term residence and provides a direct pathway to Spanish citizenship

Requirements:

Valid Passport
Proof of Funds

€30.000/year : 400% of the IPREM (€7.200)

Per Dependent: €8,000/year
Total for Couple: €38, 000/year
Total for Family of 4: €52.000/year

Digital Nomad Visa

This visa allows foreigners to live in Spain while working remotely for companies or clients outside Spain using digital tools. Self employed applicants can work for a Spanish company, but that income must not exceed 20% of total activity.

Requirements:

Self -employed or Remote work status (atleast 3 months)

Company must have been in business for at least 1 year

Financial Requirements

For the main applicant minimum monthly income of € 2,850

In case of additional family member:

For the first family member additional financial means is required of at least 75% of the Spanish minimum wage. (1,070€/ month)
For each additional applicant, 25% of the Spanish national minimum wage is required (360€/ month)
